Cookery class, I don't remember the name of the teacher, but we called him 'Uncle Bert'.

He started his career in the Royal Navy and was very poular with the lads. Every day he had a packet under his arm when he came to the class, and every evening he carried it back again, we never did find out what was in it ! I (Robert Brant) am behind 'Uncle Burt'.
